Parker's basketball season has come to an end... it has to be a record for the shortest season ever! They were supposed to play 7 games plus playoffs, but our district did Digital Learning for 2 weeks after Christmas break, and 3 of his 7 games were scheduled during those two weeks. So, unfortunately, he didn't get to play them and they weren't rescheduled.
So, he had a 4 game season, and luckily, he made it 3 games into the playoffs- so he had a 7 game season! (If he had made it this far in a "normal" season, he would have played 13 games).
I am thankful, though, that he was able to play at all... I will say that.

Parker played against another 2nd grade team from his school... against two of his buddies.
His teammate shot a buzzer shot from half court! He's 7! This was Parker's face afterwards ;)
They lost in the semi-finals against a really good team. Proud of this group and will miss it!
