March!

 Here is our March, summed up!

Parker School:

Master Bath remodel:

Our shower pan leaked, so we have been living for 6 weeks in chaos!  Here was the start of the remodel:

17 Years!

Taylor Basketball:

Taylor's winter season ended in February, and now tournament season begins!

Her team faced a 6'3" 5th grader!

We went back to our old church's 20 year anniversary, and we got to see Addie (and Kelly and Jason) at soccer!

Taylor's Play:

Taylor was part of the tech crew for her school's Willy Wonka play!  It was a lot of time and hard work, but she seemed to enjoy being a part of it.

Visiting friends in Acworth:

Remember Izzy from our old town??  They moved around the time we moved, and we got to see her play soccer and celebrate her b-day!

6th grade basketball team:

Taylor and her teammate were asked to play on the 6th grade team, because they were missing 2 players.  Taylor and Evy rocked it!  The team won, and Taylor had 7 of the 31 points!  

The 6th grade coach posted this on his Instagram page.  I love how Taylor and Evy are in this shot!

You'll have to look close, but this was a shot of Taylor's 3 pointer- you can see the ref with his hands up, signaling the 3, and the coach with the "3" symbol in the background. :) 

The best bonus was that Uncle Bill and Grandmom got to see her play!

Parker Basketball

 Here are some pics from the end of Parker's basketball season!  They made it all the way to the championship game (out of 50+ teams!) and lost by ONE!  Definitely a heartbreaker, but also a very exciting game.

Taylor- Jr Beta

Taylor had her Jr Beta induction ceremony in March.  She serves as the Treasurer, so she got to speak and talk about one of the "keys" of Jr Beta.  I am super proud of her!

The rest of February!

To say this year is flying by would be an understatement.  Besides Nashville and our February break, here is more of what we did this month!

Middle School playoff games: Taylor and her friends went to cheer on one of their 6th grade friends who plays on her school team.

Parker Basketball:

February Break

I love having this full week off in the middle of February!  All three counties that I've taught in have this break, so I count myself very lucky.  We had a good break- lots of chill time, date night, birthday parties, basketball trainings, hanging with friends, basketball games... most of which I didn't take any pics!  But here are some things we did:

Taylor Basketball: her team won their league championship!

This 4th and 5th grade team played up in the 6th grade division and went 10-0!

They selected Taylor as Tournament MVP!

Stephen made a cool video of the team (see below- broken into4 parts).  Her team was on fire, and there were only 6 of them there! Taylor had 17 of her team's 35 points, plus many rebounds, steals and assists.  Super proud of her and her team.

Sydney:

Sydney spent one day with her friend, Bella, at her sister's softball tournament south of Atlanta.  On the way home, they stopped by this school, which is where they film some show the girls love.
