We woke the kids up early Monday morning and put them all in Taylor's bed. We made little cue cards that they had to read- "We", "are", "going", "to", "Disney World"! In my mind, they'd be jumping up and down, all excited. (right??). These sleepy heads were like, "What? Huh? Really?" Sydney was kind of going back to sleep. Parker kept covering his face with the blanket, until he yelled out a "yeah!" It wasn't quite the reaction I had hoped for, but knowing how my kids aren't morning people, I should've known better.
Once they woke up a little bit, they kept asking, "Are you for real?" (yes) and "When are we leaving?" (now).
We drove to the airport, had an easy trip down (despite Parker almost vomiting as we descended into Orlando- darn motion sickness). We landed, rented a car, and then headed to a town about an hour away to visit my Aunt Katherine! On the way, we stopped for lunch in a cute little town. Once we got to my aunt's, we caught up, drove her "golf cart" around the town, sat in her massaging chair, and talked some more. It was great to see her!

We then headed back to Kissimmee, where our condo was. We checked in, got settled, checked out the pool, and then grabbed some dinner and went to the grocery store. We tried to get to bed at a reasonable hour, as tomorrow was day 1 at Disney!
